Enhancements to your Lifeline Smartwatch are coming

This message is for our valued Lifeline subscribers who currently rent or have purchased a Smartwatch.

On November 4th, 2025, an update will go live and run overnight to minimize any impact on your use and enjoyment of the Smartwatch

No need to worry—the update only takes around five minutes. Once it’s complete and your Smartwatch is placed on the charger, the following improvements will load automatically.

Manually set date, time and time zone

You can now manually set the date, time and time zone on your Smartwatch. This ensures it always shows the correct time. Don’t worry – it will continue to update automatically when the clocks roll backwards or forwards.

Please note: By default, the time zone will automatically set using the locally available third-party cellular network, but you can switch to manual if you live in a time zone with different daylight savings rules.
