Our HomeSafe Standard System is an affordable way to help you maintain your independence, while being prepared in the event of an emergency. This includes a Help Button, a Communicator, and 24/7 access to our Canadian-based Response Associates. You can select a Help Button pendant to wear around your neck or, if you prefer, a wristband style Help Button.
Wear the HomeSafe emergency button in the fashion that suits you. Choose from a medical alert pendant that is worn around the neck or a wristband that adjusts to fit your wrist.
When you press your Help Button in range of a Communicator, the Communicator dials our Response Centre.
With a simple push of your Lifeline button you can get help when you need it.
A caring Lifeline Response Associate will quickly access your personal profile and assess the situation.
Lifeline alerts your preferred contacts and will follow up to make sure help has arrived.
The range of our HomeSafe system with a landline communicator is roughly a 350-foot radius. A range test is part of our installation process, so you know where inside and around the home your help button will work from. If you cannot speak or our Response Associate cannot hear you, we will still contact your responders or emergency services as per the instructions in your CarePlan.
