Lifeline Canada payment options with postal disruption
As you know, the Canada Post strike is still ongoing and could continue for some time. There are some alternative ways to make your Lifeline payments during the strike to ensure your account stays up to date:
Online payment:
If you choose online banking:
- Go to your bank’s official website.
- Log in to your account.
- From the options, choose Pay Bills.
- To pay your invoice, search by company name “Lifeline “and use your Customer number as “account” reference number.
Credit card or e-transfer from a bank account
- Call 1-800-387-1215, extension 7600 between Monday and Friday, from 9 am -5 pm ET.
- You will need to have your Visa, Mastercard or bank account information handy so you can provide them to the agent, along with the amount you wish to pay.
