The On the Go Smartwatch for seniors is designed to automatically place a call for help if a fall is detected and you are unable to push your help button.
Activating the Lifeline Smartwatch alarm is done with a simple 3-second press of the help button. In seconds, users will be connected to Lifeline and communicating with a Personal Response Associate through the integrated microphone and speaker.
With a simple push of your Lifeline button you can get help when you need it.
Our mobile devices include fall detection and location technology. If a fall is detected or you press the button, our Response Team will quickly get help to you—at home or on the go.
A caring Lifeline Response Associate will quickly access your personal profile and assess the situation.
Lifeline alerts your preferred contacts and will follow up to make sure help has arrived.
While it’s a watch integrated with the Lifeline medical alert service, our Smartwatch also provides a Battery Lifespan Indicator, Heart Rate Monitor, and Step Counter.
An Instructions Sheet is provided with the watch explaining how the watch should be charged and used.
Our Smartwatch functions without the need for a smartphone and doesn’t require any app downloads.
When purchased, it comes with a One (1) Year Limited Consumer Warranty which covers material defects and workmanship under normal use. If you rent the Smartwatch, a replacement is shipped to you at no cost if it is defective or not working as it is designed to.

2. Lifeline’s fall detection technology does not detect 100% of falls. Always press your Help button if you are able, as some falls may not be detectable.
3. On the Go Smartwatch is waterproof with an IPX7 rating which means it can be worn safely in the shower or tub but should not be submerged for extended periods.
4. Your system requires adequate battery charge and cellular signal to make an emergency call. Charge your system daily. Recharging of the mobile help button is done by the subscriber as needed by connecting it to its charger.
