How to update your payment information

Lifeline makes it easy to pay your invoices. We offer automated and convenient options that are easy to sign up for. Choose the from following:

Monthly payments through your bank account or credit card:

  • Option 1: Call 1-800-387-1215, extension 7600 between Monday and Friday, from 9 am -5 pm ET. Please have your bank account information handy, Visa or Mastercard so you can provide them to the agent.
  • Option 2: Fill in the pre-authorized payment form with a copy of a VOID cheque and
    • Mail to:

      PO Box 4147, STN A
      TORONTO, ON M5W 0K2
    • OR email to finance.ar@lifeline.ca along with a copy of your void cheque.

Online payment:

  1. Go to your bank’s official website.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. From the options, choose Pay Bills.

To pay your invoice, search by company name “Lifeline “and use your Lifeline Customer number as “account” reference number.
