A few years ago after my grandmother had fallen several times and was still living on her own we invested in Lifeline to ease our minds and hers. Since that time, she has moved to a more accessible home and was living with my uncle, her son. Recently, my uncle has had numerous health issues. One day he collapsed while home alone. Philips Lifeline informed my mother that someone had fallen in the house. Luckily, my uncle was able to gain consciousness on his own by the time my mother tried to contact him. Lifeline not only informed us that a fall had taken place but allowed us to get a better timeline of events to report to the doctors when he was brought to the emergency room.
